*SWIMMING POOL USAGE
Swimming pools can be a potentially dangerous feature that can cause bodily harm, if not used properly. You are responsible for supervising ALL guests. Use at your own risk. Children and anyone who cannot swim must be FULLY and ACTIVELY supervised at ALL times. You are responsible for the safety/maintenance of pool equipment and must inform us if you suspect anything is not functioning properly.

**We do not guarantee weather. May through October hurricanes and extreme weather can occur in Florida. We do not refund or reschedule unless there is mandatory evacuation. ! We strongly recommend obtaining a TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are concerned about any travel disruption possibility due to items such as weather or illness.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
